In June 2024, Campus Legends took a step forward in the creation of Campus Legends Invitational (CLI)—a milestone that transformed the collegiate esports landscape across Southeast Asia.

Campus Legends Invitational is at heart more than just a tournament – it is an immersive learning journey. National qualifiers in each country provide student players with the experience of representing their institutions on a competitive stage, while top champions earn the honor of joining their country’s national esports athlete training pool—a gateway to professional opportunities in esports.

On 26 October 2024, after three months of intense qualifiers, the national champions of each country gathered in Singapore for the Campus Legends Invitational Season 1 Grand Finals at Campus Game Fest, held at ITE College Central. The competition was fierce, and finally the Philippines and Singapore emerged victorious.

Competing on the Campus Legends stage is just part of the vision – beyond the competition, CLI fosters a rich cultural exchange among student participants. Through friendly matches, networking sessions, and a warm welcome dinner, students built new friendships and unforgettable memories, reinforcing the importance of community in esports. It was an experience that equipped students with teamwork, strategic thinking, and resilience, all while paving pathways for future careers in gaming and esports.
